Update:

My Opposition to the motions to strike and for sanctions filed by Terra Nova and Cyber/Schwab are on the way.

I have asked the Court to sanction these defendants and their counsel for filing a frivolous, nonsensical motion solely designed to intimidate me. Some have tried it before; they won't succeed now. Really very foolish. I am very surprised they would make the attempt.
