Chris one other thing. Check the yield histories. If you are more concerned with income (yield) and can ride the lows (and accumulate more :o) (my plan which is why I'm trimmed down now) when the lows come then check the payout histories. I seem to recall San Juan cut their dividend completely for a while ? I don't mind paying them as long as they pay me do do it. I also wouldn't overweight in these things now. regards Kastel
