I just asked this question on the QCOM Motley Thread but I suspect that the greater number of engineers, dogs, cats, and assorted species will evoke a richer response on this thread. PLEASE tell me why Intel did the GSM thing when they are so god damned smart? INTC obviously understands qdog's long standing, and totally undisputed, position re: the 9.6K data speed of GSM. Isn't the Wintel camp bitching and moaning about b/w--so they pick this little bitty 9.6K garden hose to spray on the fire? Honest to god, this scares me cuz I live just down the road apiece from Intel and know alot of the folks there and I absolutely, positively guarantee you they are a long way from dumb. These guys are scary smart--why didn't they go CDMA? This formally revives the prior call for a QCOM support group. Regards, Mike Doyle
