Raju, these analysts downgraded the company immediately after the earnings were announced. Wall Street analysts have tremendous egos, when a company comes out with different numbers than they expected they react positively or negatively. The problem is they make decisions looking through a rear view mirror. The story of Fats has not changed, the timing of revenues has. If these companies had buy ratings at 15 per share, they logically should be pounding the tables to buy at 7-8. You could be right about drifting to 7, but in 6-9 months a price of 12-14 is very possible.
