That's certainly different than you said before. You should try to keep you're stories straight. But you'll deny that, so let's work with this "obvious" interpretation. Then we'll watch you flip around to something else.

So Bush meant to provoke additional attacks on the US. If you say so. What do you have as a metric for success? 25 attacks a day? 50 attacks per day?
