I am curious as to your training in the law and court procedure.

Are you confident that you are going to know court procedure well enough that the judge won't give you a serious reaming on the first day?

There are a couple of things that you have said that lead me to believe that procedural issues are going to be much more of a problem for you than putting together the legal documents.

First and foremost is that you seem to have a lot of unanswered questions that you are looking to have answered in the court. That is putting the cart before the horse. An example of this is when you said to Jon Tara:
"When this case goes to trial I intend to seek discovery of your identity..."

A trial isn't a fishing expedition. You are supposed to have your evidence lined up before you go in.
