Are you confident that you are going to know court procedure well enough that the judge won't give you a serious reaming on the first day?

When my lawyers withdrew, the judge warned me that I would be representing myself, and better follow the Rules of Court and C.P. Since then, I have done my best to heed his warning.

I'm on no fishing expedition. Evidence is lined up - enough to prove these allegations right now. However, there is a reason for discovery, such as interrogatories, submissions, depositions and document production, etc.
