What did Bush mis-state? He cited reports from British intelligence that both he and Blair deemed reliable.

That doesn't sound like mis-statement to me. He made an assertion and cited a source. Is it his fault that only now the British are admitting the information they had received had been falsified by one of their sources (apparently to receive compensation for "delivering")??


The buck stops where? The State of the Union is the MOSt important address to America. Especially this one which was making a case for war.

NOT his Fault?
It's either misrepresentation of the facts or incompetence.
