LOL, chrissy, the traffic in thousands of places in the US is not under control. A traffic jam indicates a moving city with folks moving around freely. Thank you for that great news of Iraq having traffic jams. The people have fuel for cars and a reason to be out and about. No fear, just using liberty to pursue happiness. GOOOOOO!!!!!
