By whatever "method", the thing looks in a healthy uptrend... -g. I wonder what it means from the POV of the DOW theory - that transports confirmed the DOW high - but late, and during a time when the INDU actually did an apparently failed test of the previous top.

My guess is that unless INDU makes a lower low, the "confirmation" is valid.

edit - trannies can also be seen as a(n almost) broadening formation, which can resolve either way... fwiw.
