I thought we should have gone into Bosnia before we ultimately did.

I find Peace keeping forces in Liberia desirable. I am assuming there will be some type of coalition beyond Poland and Spain (maybe even the irrelevant UN and NAATO) to join/help us in this effort.

You oversimplify to compare the Iraq invasion and occupation to peace keeping efforts in Liberia. I imagine the Administraton will not suggest the cost to be $1Billion a week. Furthermore, at this point, there is no stated plan by this Administration for Liberia.

I am not a fan of unilateral, shoot-from-the-hip dictates by the Administration about who should rule which country. Apparently, based on the astounding events happening today, this Administration's facts are not that good.

I am a fan of valid information and proportional response based on the information. This includes effects on our military and cost of treasure to the Nation. Leadership, good management, intelligence, diplomacy, ability to juggle several ideas at once, this is what I'm looking for. Ideas to fit the situation not ideas to fit the ideology.

But BOy, Tenent caved fast. Who has what on whom? He has just fallen on the sword for the Administration and admitted incompetence. Pretty big story.
