I recently endured the joy of one of my subcontractors going bankrupt on me, and stiffing me for a substantial sum.... I have been attending bankruptcy court hearings. What an education sitting there listening moron after moron getting out from under the problems of their own making. I am astounded at what people are allowed to get away with. The hearings are public, go down some time and sit for an hour and observe.
