well, in terms of this thread, and given my inputs so far, i'd say accusing me of a violation would cause an immediate banning of yourself. in the larger picture, this thread, so far per the header, is not concerned with punishment... punishment is a given result of a TOU violation. however, i suppose one might discuss punishment relative to offense. and yet, until the term offense is adequately defined, how indeed does one arrive at defining punishment beyond arbitrary fiat of course. is the TOU the TOU, or is it just good to be the king? I have no opinion yet. does that help?
