Well, you know the thing is about Salman Pak, most countries train folks that could be considered "terrorists" by someone, and they train them in facilities like Salman Pak - or much better than Salman Pak- even we, the good ole US do it, so unless you've got clear evidence of who was trained- and that they were a threat to the US and not anti- Iran (one terrorist organization Saddam had clear links to was an anti-Iranian terrorist org), I'm not all that impressed. I know the Israelis (for example) train hard and intensively for terrorist operations which they carry out throughout the Arab world (of course we don't call them terrorist operations...but that is a semantical thing, imo)

So....
Again anyone can do it, and most countries are. Anything else?
