Well, you know the thing is about Salman Pak, most countries train folks that could be considered "terrorists" by someone, and they train them in facilities like Salman Pak ... So....
Again anyone can do it, and most countries are. Anything else?

Hey neat trick, X, you just completely erased the difference between having any sort of a military, a police force even, and training terrorists. After all, I'm sure criminals do consider the police "terrorists" even in places where the cops behave very professionally.

So...do the US, Canada, European countries train and reward suicide bombers with large cash grants? or are you saying that if these countries have armies, it's all the same?
