I predicted Tenet would be the sacrificial lamb. But he will be the only one. Cheney is not a sacrificial lamb, he is probably the one really in charge of this country (and the really guilty one as well). Cheney will stonewall to kingdom come before he admits anything. But make no mistake, he's guilty too. I seen him lying on TV. And I know he knew we was lying. Just a matter of time before the rest of the world realizes it. the Niger story is the tip of the iceberg.
