The Republicans are really laying into Tenet... Earlier yesterday, the Republican chairman of the intelligence committee, Pat Roberts, made it clear that he held Mr Tenet entirely to blame. He went on to question Mr Tenet's loyalty, accusing the CIA of seeking to damage President Bush through a series of leaked stories from anonymous officials that have fuelled speculation over the administration's flawed claims on Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. Mr. Tenet is disloyal! Sounds like an act of treason during war! The CIA seeks to damage Bush! Goodness. Go after them Senator Roberts; have a public hearing. I'm behind you. Disloyalty in time of war should not be something to gloss over....while you're at it...call Secretary of State to testify. Find out what he knew and when. There may be other disloyal appointees floating about.... jttmab
