I hate to clue ya....BUSH has INCREASED the size of the government....BY HUGE NUMBERS.... I'm fully aware of that. Republicrats are all big government advocates. I think Bushes so-called "compasionate conservatism" sucks. Lollypops for everyone, a billion here, a billion there, such a nice guy... And, BTW, Clinton cut the military, not domestic spending.
