Notice GW Bush was not allowed on this air-craft carrier. Quite deliberate I'm sure. They could have easily scheduled it so Bush could have been there instead of Cheney. But they already realize the air-craft carrier photo op has backfired. Also notice RR didn't show. I guess he's in really bad shape. Might not recognize anyone anymore. Why Nancy Reagan is for stem cell tissue research for Alzheimers.
