There was no caveat in Bush's speech.

The fact that he cited British Intelligence reports, not CIA sources, means that he shared Blair's belief in their credibility.

That's not a crime, nor is it intentionally lying to the American public. Nor do I believe Blair was intentially lying to the British public either. They were victims of an intention intelligence fraud perpetrated by a source seeking to recieve a payoff for supplying information.

But believe whatever you want to believe Jacob. From now on, whenever you cite or post another person's point of view, we'll now call you a liar whenever such information
proves to be false.

Furthermore, we'll be able to accuse you of intentionally lying to all of us.
