Or was Saddam not "bad enough yet"..... Was not following the dictates of the UN for 12 years a 'clear threat'.....Was killing hundreds of thousands of his own citizens a 'clear threat'....

Did you want to wait until Saddam paid enough for terrorists of some ilk to strike again here?
