Oracle CRM winning some deals on his own. The oracle CRM product, developed in india primarily, is REALLY BAD. The only customers I know of who use it are those that already have the backoffice software so the pain of integrating with somebody else make it worth it to take a leap of faith with Oracle CRM. Maybe a few wins like this can help get the product up to speed in the market and within ORacle. BellSouth Close to Dishing Deals BellSouth Corp.
