Darren, then why it is reluctant to ask NATO and other European powers and Russia to help with the peace in Iraq. After all these folks had opposed the war. Another way of looking at it is that these folks had supported peace, a change through peace. Post Iraq is a situation where we are trying to achieve change through peace. Or is it? Maybe I small oil and not change through peace.
