Hi Mo,

Although Many stocks have high and what could be construed as oversold fast stochastics - what is very much below the horizon and also very unusual is:

Macd on MANY stocks have gone negative and are JUST on the verge of going POSITIVE.

This is the stuff we see in very healthy markets. It is the kind of action that suggests some short covering pain - as this market has crept sideways ,but the bids never really crumbled.

If the shorts think they've weathered a rough storm here - wait till Intc says Q2 picked up in June and like they said way back last January- "We told the second half would pick up".Last Q they bumped flash memory prices,AMD snuck in and discounted their prices and gained market share.Motorola had a good Q2 ( domestic phones with less SARS troubles?),MU has had increasing Dram spot prices just recently. If Intel announces better than expected earnings - brought on by high Centrino demand and higher Flash prices holding,This market will newter many a short.

Intel comes out after the close Tuesday.Intel is definitely a big enough Gorilla to get this market going for sure and all they would have to say is "Like we already told you - the second half looks good".

I'm in your camp - looking good here - just need a little dip to buy.GG

PULLEASE GIVE ME A DIP

Bob
