Kenya, that is a good question, and I hope to see an answer soon.

I want this service to simply perform the way it is suppose to, and it hardly ever does, so I need to know what the heck is going on. I don't have time to verify every quote/chart I'm looking at each day, and that seems like a function of a QA department anyway...not the users!

Today, after NOT having this service I pay for *available* ( I saw no warning) all weekend, many charts I look at are from Friday.

I don't trust this service, can anyone tell me, when will I be able to, and why these problems are so consistent...please explain, when will these glitches be corrected?

"Customer Service" is supplying a service that works the way it is suppose to, so iqc has failed miserable in my scorebook.

Can someone please tell me why I should continue to pay for a service when I have to troubleshoot their software problems as they charge me for service I don't get?

Can someone who is concerned about loosing customers like me, come on here and answer that question and this one:

When do you anticipate users will no longer need to focus on reporting data errors and be able to trust the data and focus on trading?

Latley, data corruptions seem like the norm...and I must say...I find it unacceptable.
