Actually Kerry drove a hybrid car to our last fundraiser. He's a champion of fuel efficiency. Of course he uses limos and planes sometimes, what choice does he have when he has his staff and family with him. Cant fit them all in a Toyota. The point is, Bushies defeated the CAFE standards bill just as they poo-poo'ed conservation during the energy crisis. Why? Because they want us to consume more oil not less, and they want the prices high too. That way they are more powerful.
