as you know, i'm out as of a couple weeks ago but still follow closely. saw this headline but don't have access to full story. propbably exoplains today's drop..

Investor Hands Out a Giant Slice of Genta

Lindsay Rosenwald and the investment funds he controls under the Paramount Capital Asset Management umbrella own about 40% of the biotech firm Genta (NasdaqNM:GNTA - News). But now, Paramount has parsed out 5.5 million Genta shares to some of its investors, who will be free to sell the stock at any time.

What this means for Genta's near-term stock price is anyone's guess because it's impossible to know whether these investors will sell the stock now to lock in profits, or hold on to it and wait for the Big Event -- the anticipated release, sometime this summer, of data from three pivotal Phase III studies of Genta's antisense cancer drug Genasense..."
