Heard the last few minutes of BB yesterday, he was discussing the great real estate market in Las Vegas and how he is involved personally. He says no bubble there and
for those who can't stand the summer heat of 120 degrees
to take a ride up to Tahoe. That is riduculous and I disagree about that market. Aside from the glitter of the cascinos there is nothing but a gruelling desert. Unless
those retirees have a lot of money to blow in the cascino
or buy another place in Tahoe. I personally know of a number
of people who have left that God forsaken tinsel town. I
think someday it will be another Jerome, AZ. A ghost town.
