Hi Justa,sorry you got dragged into this nonsense also. I got a little veiled threat myself in my box. Since I'm getting really annoyed with this crap and since I don't see a reason not to,I'll post my response here and hopefully by some miracle this will end the matter. Thank you.>>>> Are you nuts or something? You are going to complain to me and even give some off hand threat about being constrained to protect your interests? Did Bob not change the format of his show to stop talking specifically about the market. Did this not occur after a service was started such as I mentioned? When people are asking all sorts of questions about the difference between his market calls on the air and in his newsletter am I "constrained" from giving my historical opinions on what happened without, mind you, mentioning any service or anyone's name. Besides a critical element in defamation is a statement which the speaker or publisher knew or should have known was false.I certainly don't post crap that I think is false. My speculations may be incorrect but if so it certainly is not intentional. I don't speak for or carry any brief for Bob. I think you should consult your lawyers before constraining my rather benign speech. Marc
