NK is a different story....no one is really sure what the heck is going on over there......nothing good that's for sure.
Hunger is a big reason to do bad things on the international level.....not sure we're really making anything more peaceful there. I only know that they DO have the nukes that W has been trying to convince everyone that Iraq had.
Therefore it makes more sense to facilitate an agreement or conclusion with NK than worrying about Iraq so much.
