Since you mentioned the commercials, I just wanted to add that the COT shows the commercials getting longer the NDX last week (big and small) while basically staying where they were on the S+P. Are you saying the commercials in the COT are net short overall the NDX and SPX and use puts? Or do you just mean the commercial houses or some such? the freep
