Today's news release about hiring Thurwalker certainly is almost saying that they have the SBC contract:

While at SBC from 1998 to 2000, Mr. Thurwalker served as an Assistant Vice President-Product Design. Most recently, he was the Senior Sales Director for Efficient Networks, Inc. He was responsible for ADSL consumer modem product business strategy on the SBC account.
