One thing seems quite certain, Iraq had no nuke program. As for NK, North Korea makes it 100% clear that WMD are not our first concern -- if they were, we might actually do something about them. I spend about a third of the year in Asia -- for the most part, they think we are dangerous. The South Koreans think we are dangerous. Japan thinks we are dangerous. China thinks we are dangerous. And the answer that all of them have come up with in response to the danger we pose is the same -- an Asian arms race in general and a nuke arms race in particular. So much for promoting arms control. We have accomplished something astonishing -- we have convinced everyone that they must have nukes.
