All sane people realize Bush and Cheney aren't going to be impeached. I think NK wants direct negotiation with the US, not indirectly with SK, China, Japan. I'm going off memory here so correct me if I'm wrong. Other than that, I think item 3 means "pay off" NK. As we were doing for a number of years, but I guess it wasn't enough. Wouldn't this encourage more countries to start nuke programs to get on the gravy train? PS - my last post this morning, so don't expect replies till tonight.
