look at this Deutsche Bank raises Chip Equipment estimates 7:36 AM EDT Deutsche Bank said it raised estimates and price targets for AMAT, LRCX and KLAC. Semicon conference shows companies' have cautious optimism about the near-term. AMAT and LRCX remain the analyst's top picks. did you see the klac CEO on bubblevision yesterday? I think it was the bald guy interviewing him (I forget his name...oh yeah, Insana <g>). he actually was pressing him for evidence of a pickup. all the KLAC CEO would say is their customers are optimistic.
