The problem is the axis of evil propaganda. That's what may well have kick started the dormant NK NWMD progam. Until that propaganda is refuted NK will have continue its NWMD program. Since Bush II will never refute his own propaganda one can impeach the rascals or vote the rascals out in 2004. Since time is a problem(the longer one waits the greater the number of NK NWMDs a quick impeachment is probably best.
