Duhhhhhhhhhhhh, What about Congress ?- they approved war long before Bush gave the speech. Well, I guess you cant impeach Congress, that would trying to overthrow the Government- a big no-no.
But its time to give up on contending the words were a lie. There is no way to prove that Iraq had not been, and was not, seeking uranium from Africa.
