Grey Davis and Bush are in the same situation, only Davis couldn't have done much about it, getting blinded sided by 20 billion in energy ripoffs. Bush went ahead and spent-spent-spent and cut taxes for the rich knowing full well he'd leave his successor in 2004 with a 1.2 trillion dollar credit card bill. I tell you it's all abuot bankrupting our government and putting as much $$$ into military and oil interests as possible before he gets booted out. That way, Bush and his cronies are all stinking rich and we get stuck with the tab.
