psycho killer ... Any idea why Barnett was 'removed' from the Director of IEC position? Yes, but I am not able to give you details. When the 'change' was made, U of D publically announced the change in management, with no explanation. They initially announced an 'acting' director, Fraser Russell, also Chairman of Chem Engg. Russell eventually was name Director -- he has since retired. udel.edu is the IEC debacle somehow directly related to APWR's current situation? No. The only common denominator is Barnett - hmmmmm. IMO There was no way Astropower would ever succeed. Not due to Barnett, but because after 30+ years of research we are still light years away from developing a highly efficient solar panel that can be produced at costs low enough to be financially feasible/profitable in the marketplace.
