Terry, You mean you never looked at the WSJ, Financial Times or Int'l Herald Tribune while on vacation? Good for you! i can't do that, i now travel with a laptop with an 800 # for my ISP. This increase in debt is just a function of their expansion efforts, while the LT debt increased from $5.2 million to $13.6 million the PPE (property, plant & equip) went from $17.3 million to $30.6 million. Raphael explained to me in june that XICORs expansion would be a controlled expansion with alot of operating cash used which is exactly what has occurred. I have not prepared a sources & uses statement for the past quarter, however, it is apparant that that XICOR is taking a cautious approach to their growth. This suits me just fine, nothing wrong with 20 - 30% year over year controlled growth. blaine
