The rich(and the rest of us for that matter) didn't "get" anything, they're having less TAKEN AWAY from them.
State taxes max out at 6%, property tax is very low here, but sales tax is about 9%. Energy is very cheap. Try moving to Europe if you think we have high energy prices. Gas is about $5 a gallon there!
