Don,

I appreciate your efforts and I don't mean to add work for you, but when I look at target prices, I look at the 6 month call option premium at the target price. This is a measure of how well the market believes the analysts and how bullish people are. I suggest, if you decide it is useful, to include the % the target price, 6 month call option premium is of the current price.
