Bush had most of us believing that Iraq had a nuclear program which was an immediate threat to the US. We believed this because of his Administration's constant hype on the issue. He had us believing that Saddam Hussein had chemical and biological weapons available for immediate use and he would turn over those weapons to terrorists. The threat was over hyped.
