Nope. Bush stated that Iraq had failed to abandon its nuclaer aspirations and that they had failed to account for CW and BW which the UN verified the existence of in 1998. The fear and imminent threat related to Saddams ties to international terror and the fact that a dirty bomb, CW or BW might be transferred to terrorists......
