Didn't expect this kind of move, but who's complaining?
I know their co-underwriter Unterberg Harris put out a "strong Buy" rec in July with a 6-12 month target of $26-$28, but keep in mind most underwriters will do that kind of thing. What is remarkable is that ORFR beat the estimated EPS last quarter by .04 which was put out by that same analyst.
I have mentioned before this situation is very similar to WTT on the ASE in that they are in similar sectors where profit margins run very high.
Look at WTT's earnings last quarter, they made $7.5 mil yet their profit was over $2 million, which is really remarkable. I see the same thing happening here.
