Please mention which year (or years) of the Clinton Administration, that the National debt decreased.

If I remember correctly, the original Government estimate of huge surpluses, was made in like Feb or Mar of 2000 - kind of like projecting that the Titanic was going to set a trans-Atlantic speed record from charting its progress up till April 14, 1912.

BTW, I never said that I supported the recall of Gray Davis.
