Another reason proposed for expecting an increase in price in the autumn is the increase in brownouts, spikes, blackouts due to autumn storms. Result: smart cookie whose systems are protected thinks "Hey! Great product! Maybe I should own some of this!" Poor fellow who wasn't protected realises that he NEEDED one, etc. I find alot of small business owners (I'm one) aren't even clued into the dangers of power outages and hits. There's a MARKET out there still, waiting to be educated. At the risk of sounding corny: I love my APC UPS: "Security blanket". D. McP.
