I would prefer a stronger $3.50 price myself. if the price drops like it did on CBD because of a cheap finanicing, how can it not be dilution and a reduction in leverage to POG due to increaed number of shares outstanding? Don't get me wrong, my bid on CBD is not very far out of the money right now, but yesterday at the open I was bidding $3.35, today I am bidding far less. Wayne
