Not relevant. Bin Ladin already has the whole US after him. Why not just place USD 25 mn on Bush's head? How long do you think Bush would survive? Not very long, methinks... This point was raised here some months ago - just how big an amount the reward on Bin Ladin's head must be for those around him, and what deep loyalty he must be commanding in people around him that he is still not caught or dead...
