Thanks for posting it. It's changed my thinking about NK. The present crisis was foreseeable - in fact it was foreseen in '99.

Yesterday a fellow here proposed "engagement" with NK and flooding the country with aid. Now I see that is precisely the failed policy which has led to this situation.
